Scheduling was fast and easy with Steve, and had no problem with pickup and delivery of unit. Truck driver was always courteous , and responsive to my needs. If I need their services again, I would not hesitate to use them.

(October 14, 2020, 7:51 am)First time using a Pod service. Steve the owner was great. He personally answered the phone calls and scheduled the drop offs and pick ups. Huge shout out to the drivers as well. They were on time, professional, and nice. Put the pod exactly where we wanted. Units will be my go to for referrals.

(June 27, 2020, 7:03 am)We chose Units to store some things that needed a climate controlled environment, like antiques and a piano, about 3 years ago. Steve was extremely responsive to my questions, in a prompt manner. He was professional and just had great customer service skills. It took us those 3 years to get our house built and we just had the pod delivered two days ago. Again, great service! They delivered and picked up exactly when we needed it done. The things we stored are in the same condition as when they went in!! Steve was great to work with and the service provided was too notch!
