Dr. Hein was so understanding of his apprehension, eased his fears and made the multi-visit experience almost completely painless! Her staff was terrific! She made the process painless and peaceful. When you've had a lot of work done in your mouth and you see Dr Hein, you suddenly realize what's always been missing with every dentist you ever saw: a doctor who fills the silence with interesting, positive conversation that sets the whole office at ease. I hope that I never have a root canal done by anyone other than Dr Hein for the rest of my life.
