(June 17, 2020, 10:40 am)The new management has done an excellent job. I understand Timber Ridge is an older apartment complex-but now with great management. I have lived here for 5 years and this management team has been top tier since they have been here. Maintenance is on call and very urgent. Keep up the good work ladies!

(February 11, 2017, 10:01 am)I don't understand all the negative reviews because I love living here! I moved in October and this is by far my favorite place I've lived. I have one of the updated units, which is worth the extra $50 in my opinion. Other places I looked were asking an extra $200 for updated units. The apartment is nicely laid out and feels spacious. Lots of closet space. The kitchen is small, but has plenty of cabinet space and enough counter space to work. It is very quiet at night, and I love the wooded setting. I looked at a lot of other apartment complexes before I came to Timber Ridge, and a lot of the other units I looked at (in the same price range) were dingy and had bad smells. I am happy to say when I moved in here the unit was clean, bright, freshly painted and smelling good. Also, the office staff were so helpful and kind. I highly recommend this place!
