  Moving our insurance needs to Heister Insurance was one of the greatest choices we've ever made. Colleen took the time to explain everything to us, show us our insurance gap and create a plan to get us the insurance we need to protect our greatest material assets (home/cars/motorcycle). They were very competitive in cost and worked to create the best plan for our family. Regardless of if you call or email they're quick to respond and always ready to answer questions. We moved (homes) during Covid and between selling before able to move, PODs and being displaced for 6 weeks the insurance piece of the chaos was the one area we didn't have to worry - we knew Heister had it under control. Above average service and products for your everyday insurance needs. Go talk to them - you can thank me later.

  Mike and Colleen work hard to be sure we have the coverage we need and also what we do not. Very fair prices and work hard to keep our rates at a reasonable cost. If you need insurance for anything I recommend calling them to at least get a price.

  Mike Heister is a true gem! He's on top of his game when it comes to insurance. Besides that, he's just a good guy, he's friendly, kind and caring. He's "Johnny on the spot" when it comes to returning your call and taking care of business. Five stars - YES!!!

  Mike and Colleen both informed me about insurance policies which was very helpful coming out of school, not knowing what kind of protection I needed. I was looking out of state, so they weren't able to insure me, but still took a lot of time to explain everything to me and make sure I was comfortable and understood everything. Great customer service! I will definitely come to them when I move back to Ohio.
