(September 11, 2020, 3:00 am)I am truely impressed with the customer service I received at N.W. Cincinnati (Colraine) Lowes. The cashier (Bri), Lumber department / forklift driver (Mat), and customer service (Joshua) were all pleasant and helpful. I know this store is short on staff right now and I saw other customers having difficulties getting help. When it's your turn to get help the staff goes above and beyond to provide what you need. It was an impressive experience and makes me want to use Lowes over other home improvement stores. Considering the current environment (Covid, unemployment, etc.) this Lowes store is doing an excellent job providing service to its customers.
