Big Bobs Flooring Outlet

I went to Big Bobs on Highland. Brian Pruitt was a great help he is very knowledgeable about the different products and was extremely polite. He was able to show me the exact carpet that I was looking for. Now looking forward to the installation. Brian came out today and measured very polite and punctual.

Everything about our experience with Big Bob's was S+ from visiting the sales floor to having our carpet installed. Our sales person Brian went above and beyond for us and we highly recommend him. Even though it is an outlet, Big Bob's has an excellent selection of carpet and LVP in all price ranges. After we had settled on what carpet and padding we wanted we were scheduled for install 6 days later, when we thought we would be waiting weeks. The installers also went above and beyond and our new carpet really makes a world of difference from what we had before. Avoid the big box stores and go local!
