(July 23, 2020, 10:00 pm)I didn't have to wait in line. They are practicing social distancing. If you go you must wear a mask, and strongly suggested that you come alone if you're able too. Everyone was professional, efficient, kind.

(February 20, 2020, 4:50 pm)What an efficient process! I'm a doctor who refers patients to ProScan on a regular basis. Recently I had to have a scan performed. I was greeted warmly and with a smile, given my paperwork, which wasn't excessive and walked back to the room for my scan. I again was greeted with a smile and instructed on what was to be done and place in the machine. The time flew by. After the scan was completed, I was instructed that my results would be sent to my doctor and I walked out. Talk about customer service--WOW. I'm very happy we have a place in Cincinnati that we can refer our patients to that care as much as we do.
