  I completed a Flying Pig half-marathon training program through this location a couple years ago. I recommend that program to anyone that wants to take running to the next level (longer distance/faster time). They have pacing groups including walking and run/walk intervals so many skill levels can participate.

  Truly a store where you will find excellent service and community. They go above and beyond to help customers, from long time runners to people brand new to running. You will get personal assistance. Speaking towards the community aspect, running groups meet here and connect frequently as well. Overall a great example of a local business providing that extra touch that you won't find at a big box retailer.

  I seriously recommend this store! I’ve been to the other running stores, but this one went the extra mile to make sure I had the right shoes. They measured my foot (I’m a 30 year old woman and no other store has done that), which it turns out I’ve been running in shoes a size smaller than I should be wearing. They also watched me jog/ run (most stores tell you to go outside and see how they feel, but they don’t actually watch you to see if you’re running a certain way). They also had complementary beer on tap! And we’re so friendly!

  Today I learned that the correct pair of shoes makes all the difference in the world. I went in yesterday and was fitted for new shoes. The associate measures my foot, watched me walk and brought several pairs of shoes to try the wools work best for my gait. He then explained exactly how they should feel when I walk and run, and exactly what I should not feel, and had me take a jog in the parking lot in each. I selected a pair, along with some running socks, after about 30min if personal attention.
  
  Today I went for a 3 mile run in my new shoes. WOW! I knew I needed new shoes, but I didn’t realize how badly I needed them. These shoes couldn’t be more perfect for me. And the best part is that I have no knee pain or joint fatigue, which I often have an issue with. I am so happy I went to Tri State Running company and I will be a returning customer!
