They won't raise your rates after you get all your stuff moved in. This is what the big chains do; knowing you won't hassle with the move.
Twice, we had cancelled credit cards (lost) and payment lapsed. They handled this in a very professional manner.
If only all businesses worked like this. I'll miss working with Donna.
