I love Legacy and the people who work there. How blessed are we to have a place to get a nutritious shake. I get one every day- Key Lime Pie is the best in my humble opinion!!!!

I Am a female of color that goes to Legacy Nutrition 2 to 3 times a week and I have always been treated with the utmost respect by everyone that works there. I hope that you will visit again and talk to the owner and voice any and all concerns with her. in saying all that I want everyone at Legacy Nutrition to know that you have a very welcoming and amazing good energy /vibe. We live on a world now that instead of pulling a person to the side and saying hey this is not right let’s talk and fix this issue , we run and get on a computer and hide. So today I went in for the first time ever and Ann was a delight! She couldn’t have been sweeter, was very knowledgeable & made recommendations without being pushy & gave me different samples to try. I highly recommend the peanut butter Oreo shake & the raspberry tea with mango aloe. That stuff is amazeballs. I just wish this hidden gem was closer to where I live. 😀
