Tiffany is smart, experienced and great with her clients. She does a good job explaining where your child should be at their minimum milestone and helps your child meet their goals. We have had a great experience with her. I would highly recommend Tiffany!

As a parent there are so many cycles of ‘the latest therapy/intervention/medicine, etc’ and some even claim to ‘cure autism’ In the 18 years of living in the autism community (Zachary is now 20), one of the most consistent source of information and support has come from S.M.I.L.E.S. It has been a blessing to feel truly welcomed as people you care for but you have also always been such professionals (dealing with scholarships & insurance) educators (the seminars, newsletter and information you share) and advocacy; the compassion, love and strength with which each of you strives to create awareness in others - but MOST importantly - you work with the intention of giving Zachary the tools to live an independent life and to advocate for himself!!!!
As a single parent, your ideas, encouragement and support have meant the world to me as I have watched Zachary learn to write his own goals and think about how he wants to live an independent life.

For the first time in Zachary’s life, I am hearing him begin to use his voice with confidence and strength!! (Thank you Terri!)
And to watch as Carly has helped Zachary learn to regulate his sensory needs thru OT has been a huge help with his anxieties!!
The creative ideas you all use to make therapy actually FUN for Zachary - even tho he will be the first to admit it is also a lot of hard work!? - well, you are a gift.
