Great OB. My insurance gave me lots of issues in which the receptionist handled with care. I had no worries, she called SEVERAL numbers and got every issue resolved. My birth plan was respected, she handled my sons circumcision, and she treated us like PEOPLE, something that african American patients see very little of these days. Imy husband and I plan to have another baby and we WILL BE HERE with Dr. Lane !

Dr. Lane is an exceptional OBGYN. Her administrative staff made me feel so welcome each and every appointment. Dr. Lane delivered both of my babies and the best part of the entire process was the fact that she listened to me. It was a collaborative process and I’m so grateful for that. I have a ton on my plate. And trying to wrap up all my health concerns by the end of the year has been a challenge. But this obgyn office has great Welcoming atmosphere and staff that care. I must say I had a lovely experience via phone with receptionist joy. I had questions about my benefits and co pay for an upcoming visit. Even though I am an over thinker and worrisome she ensured me to get the right answers. We ended up getting the information for my concern. Its lovely having an office that care about your concerns the same way you do; in a kind, efficient, and professional manner as joy. Keep up the great work.
