I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE SANITATION PROTOCOL WHEN I ARRIVED. IN ADDITION, DR. SHAPIRO WAS VERY KIND, PERSONABLE AND
COMPETENT. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THOROUGHLY IN TERMS I COULD UNDERSTAND AND GAVE ME AS MUCH TIME AS I NEEDED. I NEVER FELT RUSHED. I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN TO DR. SHAPIRO IF THE
NEED ARISES AND KNOW THAT I AM IN GOOD HANDS. IN ADDITION THE
OTHER PERSONNEL IN THE OFFICE WERE ALSO VERY WELCOMING.

I am very satisfied with Dr. Shapiro’s professionalism and his excellent staff. They really care about you as a patient and make sure you are very comfortable. And I hate to have dental/periodontal work done on me, but I willingly go to Dr. Shapiro because I am always treated with care and respect. I am 79 years old so have had plenty of dental/periodontal visits.

I have to admit that no one would typically expect a great periodontal experience, but I had one. The staff is amazing, efficient, friendly and very on top of running a well orchestrated practice. It’s also refreshing to experience a physician who cares more about your health and repairing it, than making money. Anyone will be in great hands with this group of medical professionals.
