Furniture Fair

Amy was fantastic. No pressure, knowledgeable, kind, and spot on. Truly an excellent experience. The store itself was great. Bright, clean, inviting. We shopped around, this is the place.

Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable sales people. An awesome store makeover in Mason OH. New displays and open areas to walk around in a very comfortable setting. Furniture Fair has made an extremely well thought out move to make first class furniture shopping enjoyable... and our sales transaction was also smooth, forthright and easy. My wife and I personally give them a thumbs up in every category!
P.S. ... and my wife says they are moving towards 100% U.S. suppliers.

The reason I went to Furniture Fair was because I wanted to shop local if possible, and I hoped they might have a few pieces I liked. I found everything I needed and more! The Fields-Ertel store has an outstanding selection for every taste. Amy was a wonderful help. She explained what customization options were available in bedroom sets and living room furniture. She gave me space to look around and encouraged me to take pictures of things I liked so I wouldn't get overwhelmed. I hoped to find a bedroom set to consider; I ended up buying furniture I love for our owners' suite, great room, and dining room. They even had tons of beautiful rugs and wall art. I wandered over to check out mattresses and met Doug, who is knowledgeable and funny. He asked some questions about how my husband and I sleep, and then pointed me to the perfect mattress. It wasn't the most expensive on the floor, and it was absolutely ideal for us. I tried quite a few others and kept coming back to the one he showed me. It was the exact right mix of firmness and comfort. It can be awkward carrying on a conversation with a stranger when you are laying on a bed and testing different sleeping positions. Doug made it all fun. Go to Furniture Fair at Fields-Ertel and know you are in excellent hands!

Chose Furniture Fair to shop for a mattress for several reasons- previous history with them, the Bed Match system that I read about and the Labor Day sale. We used the Fields Ertel store due to location. Upon arrival, we were directed to Micheal Sanners, as he is a Sales Associate as well as being trained in the Bed Match system. Micheal was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. He gave us information and let us take our time testing the beds that we matched with. We in no way felt pressured. Upon making our choice, he made sure that we received all of the specials offered during the sale and even worked a little extra for us. Delivery was exactly as promised. We received an email the day before with the time window and a call 30 minutes out. Delivery men were friendly and efficient. They were careful in our home and offered to leave the plastic that the new bed came in so we could wrap our old mattress for trash pick up. We cannot think of anything that would have made this a better experience.

We had an amazing shopping experience at the Fields Ertel Furniture Fair! We worked with Amy and she gave us the perfect blend of help and space to think. She was not overbearing and never made us feel rushed--even though we found ourselves there after their closing time. We highly recommend this location for anyone with furniture needs and will definitely go back for our own future purchases.
