“I was told by another shop that I had a fairly big (expensive) problem with my car, and that they wouldn’t fix it. They suggested I take it to the dealer. However, I saw many good reviews for Ulmer’s, so I decided to have them take a look. I spoke with Wesley from start to finish. They checked out my car and informed me that my issue was fairly straightforward. They were able to fix it within a few hours and were very reasonably priced. Additionally, when they called to tell me it was ready, they also informed me they had a shuttle service available. Cindy came and picked me up within 20 minutes and brought me to my car. Everyone was so friendly here. Looks like our family has found a new place to have our cars worked on, and I will recommend them to anyone that asks!”

“They advised and charged me only for what really needed fix. I thought I needed new rotors and brakes, they advised they were almost like new and how they looked was normal for this kind of car. For what I did need replaced, the part was a few days late coming in, but everywhere is like that at the moment. They gave me a heads up on what I'll need soon. BTW They will rotate your tires with an oil change, so that's where I'll be going soon when I need it done. Very friendly and they don't try to rush you or push you for things you don't need. They even call and email you a couple of days later to make sure there were no issues and everything worked well. Thank you Chandler for your assistance and patience!”
