They were courteous, Covid-conscious, and instantly trustworthy. The estimate was reasonable so we scheduled the drop-off/pickup with them offering to take her home. “Chris was very helpful & professional when it came to getting my tires replaced. He did not try to upsell me on additional services. In fact, he saved me some money by deciding not to do a service I was planning on because it would have been a waste of money without having additional repairs done that he knew I wasn't able to afford at the time. I also really liked the fact that I could get a service quote for tires online and that I was also able to communicate with staff about the work needed via email. It made it much less stressful than only being able to ask questions over the phone during business hours. I was able to communicate with the person doing the work directly much easier that way vs. calling the shop and having to leave a message and wait for them to call me back. Very smart business move, I think. Out of all the auto repair shops i looked into, Donovan's was the only one that seemed to be up to date in the digital age of communication & technology. Alot of shops didn't even have websites or they only had a FB page that wasn't even kept up to date nor did it provide any helpful info. Majority (besides chain stores) were only accessible via telephone and that was only if the line wasn't busy or they didn't just take your number and say they'd call back & then they never would. Plus, a couple of weeks after getting my tires replaced, I came out one day to find one flat. I called and they said to just bring it in. I dropped it off for a couple hours and they fixed it for me. No charge. I will definitely be returning to Donovan's on Kenwood Rd. for all of my additional service repairs in the future.”

However, this team made me feel trusting of them and the job was done correctly and at a fair price. My father always instilled in me to make any job look better than it did before hand. And they did just that by cleaning the old oil off of the area that had been leaking. Will definitely use them again if a need arises and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a repair.”
