When I was done with my initial consultation, Dr. Hahn’s implant coordinator sat down with me, explained my treatment options. “Dr. Southwood was my dentist for nearly 10 years. He is friendly, always explains what is going on, is gentle, and has an exceptional staff. He's a straight shooter and will only have you get what needs to be done. And he will never force you to make a quick decision -- his office seeks to inform. They are one of the most honest, genuine and caring dental practices at which I have been a patient. When I first started going, my family had moved from Columbus Ohio and had to leave a fantastic dentist (Dr. John Johnson). My Mom decided to take me across town to Dr. Southwood, Paul & Pope. Surprising enough, Dr. Southwood and Dr. Johnson had gone to school together! Not only is their practice courteous, but they are also very friendly my entire time with them. Dr. Southwood is also one of the nicest and most gentle dentists that I know of (I've experienced much worse having now moved to California & boy can some people just do a terrible job). “If Rolls-Royce opened up a dental implant periodontist practice I cannot believe that it could possibly be any better than Dr. Mark Silvers! When I broke a front-tooth at the gum-line, my regular dentist recommended Dr. Silvers. He and his phenomenal staff managed to calm my [substantial] fears and ultimately make the process of extracting the broken portion of the tooth remarkably-unremarkable! Later, my regular dentist managed to break-off a screw meant to mount an implant to replace the missing tooth --- back to Dr. Silvers who this time had to go PDD [pretty-damn-deep] in my jaw to retrieve the broken screw... once again, Dr. Silvers and his staff demonstrated a level of professionalism and competency that is rare if not unique in today's world. I am limited to no more than 5-stars on this platform so I'll give my ****** 6-star review here!”

“We had our first visit and it was better than I could’ve imagined. First off the aesthetic of this place is perfect for kids. It takes the anxiousness away as soon as they see the cool under the sea theme. It doesn’t feel like you’re at the dr. My kids were so excited they forgot they were even scared. The TV above the exam chair is genius. My child sat and watched agape before the exam even started 😂. The hygienist and dr were great. Upon completion of our visit my kids were all given bags with awesome tooth brushes, floss, toothpaste, and a little toy. I am very pleased with this establishment and look forward to continuing our tenure with them!”

“I have been going to this dentist for over 20 years and I would be heartbroken without Dr. Meier and the fabulous staff!! I live two hours away now, and still come to the practice. I had to cancel my appointment and was put on a waiting list, was called the next week! (Hallelujah!) I have always had the most wonderful visits from start to finish. Super efficient and caring phone calls. Welcoming office staff. My hygienist today I saw today was Debby. She was thorough, took care of my teeth and was so pleasant and friendly! Dr. Meier is the best. She always puts my mind at ease when I’m worried about my teeth. What I love about her is how professional yet personable she is. “I have been an Eastgate Dental Excellence customer for about 4 years. They have provided many services for myself and my mom, who doesn't drive anymore so I bring her. The staff are great about helping me take care of myself and my mom, who doesn't always understand what's happening. I am right now in the final stages of an implant. Everyone is so cool about explaining what is happening for all the procedures, so I can not feel so afraid.
