“Suffered through construction. On the other side, the store has wider aisles. It's still the small store I like shopping in for daily short grocery stops. I have been pleasantly surprised by the stepped up customer service. Almost every employee I see or interact with is friendly, helpful, and efficient. On a couple trips I've even messaged corporate to let them know how wonderful certain employees service has been. I still run across items not stocked on a regular basis. BUT, at least no one makes me feel bad for asking if there is any in back!! Thank you for improving my shopping experience at NCH!”

“There was some things here, but it seemed like mostly clothes. I ended up getting some cheap poker chips for 3 dollars. It also seemed like the shoppers here were more friendly with each other as I overheard a lot of side conversations. There was only one check out person and the line did grow a bit, but it wasn't too bad as people typically only had a few items and this was a Saturday. I think they had a few carts but most used baskets.”

“Thanks for another great service! My 2011 9-3 Sedan is now my 3rd Saab purchase over a twenty-two year period. Why 3rd? It's based on a great product and a great service team to maintain it. These folks are the best at what they are trained and certified to do, which is to keep my 2011 9-3 Sedan in perfect running condition. Why only my 3rd? Sadly, my 2011 9-3 Sedan was one of the last few available in the US since Saab manufacturing ended. Costs are always discussed before service is performed so there are no surprises later. Saab uses only quality parts and materials. After inspecting tire tread levels, they also rotated my tires as needed. I completely trust the service department to keep my Saab running until the production of electric models are hopefully available.”
