“I chose this location because I had the most professional interactions with the staff. They respond quickly through email and always answered the phone warmly. have had nothing but good experiences at this location for my son. He absolutely loves his teacher (as do i- she is doing a wonderful job and deserves a raise 😉) but has also bonded with the director and assistant director. The app provides updates about their food, activities, diaper changes, and naps. I feel so good knowing I can check in on him while I work.”

“Chris was very helpful & professional when it came to getting my tires replaced. He did not try to upsell me on additional services. In fact, he saved me some money by deciding not to do a service I was planning on because it would have been a waste of money without having additional repairs done that he knew I wasn't able to afford at the time. I also really liked the fact that I could get a service quote for tires online and that I was also able to communicate with staff about the work needed via email. It made it much less stressful than only being able to ask questions over the phone during business hours. I was able to communicate with the person doing the work directly much easier that way vs. calling the shop and having to leave a message and wait for them to call me back. Very smart business move, I think. Out of all the auto repair shops i looked into, Donovan's was the only one that seemed to be up to date in the digital age of communication & technology. Alot of shops didn't even have websites or they only had a FB page that wasn't even kept up to date nor did it provide any helpful info. Majority (besides chain stores) were only accessible via telephone and that was only if the line wasn't busy or they didn't just take your number and say they'd call back & then they never would. Plus, a couple of weeks after getting my tires replaced, I came out one day to find one flat. I called and they said to just bring it in. I dropped it off for a couple hours and they fixed it for me. No charge. I will definitely be returning to Donovan's on Kenwood Rd. for all of my additional service repairs in the future.”

“We walked the dogs on the lily trout nature trail. I think it was about 1.6 miles. It was a well maintained trail. It had a lookout over the river. A little hard to see the view in the summer but I'm sure very pretty once some of the leaves are down. The park had a portalet available if needed.”

“A Spoon Fulla Sugar was the perfect vendor for our wedding cake. Even though Covid changed some things they still created a cake tasting box for us to take home. All of the options were delicious! They were able to create the cake I imagined and added the flowers left by the florist. They were able to use our wood cake stand to build the cake on! We are excited to get to enjoy our first anniversary cake from them next year!”
