“This is a small, family owned business. We dealt with all three employees following my mother's death. Everyone was considerate and respectful. They took care of everything we needed, and were a great comfort. They made sure everything was taken care of, allowing us to focus on us. The building is gorgeous. Not your typical design, it felt more like stepping into a beautiful conservatory than a funeral home. Lots of light and soaring ceilings, it was one of the best designed buildings I've seen. It felt like a celebration of my mom's life, and brought a sense of peace during a tough time. Highly recommended for personal service and respect.”

“I would recommend Burlington house to anyone my mother was there and everyone and i mean every one was outstanding i never had to worry once while she was there. The compassion of everyone to the receptionist lori to the finance manager brandon to all the hard working nurses that cared for my mom every single day. When my mother passed they made sure i got to see her before and after she passed they were like another family to me. When i was with my mom before the funeral home came and got her 3 different nurses came in all had tears in there eyes and shared a personal story with me about her and how they loved here they had genuine love for her they really do care and are top notch i love you all thank you for taking such good care of my best friend.”

I think we have reached a place in time when good customer service no longer exists. Every employee I have ever dealt with at Chad's is polite and happy to be of service. They always have a smile and an upbeat mood. I go through so often that they know what I want before I even say it. They made sure he had his medication needed to help him get better. They called, checked up on him regularly. I've dealt with a few clinics and heard of others. Trust me animal owners. This is where you want your animal to get their care. I told them everything I felt and how happy I was to have gotten my dog's care from them. The vet actually called me when my dog was taken back for observation. That never happened anywhere else. My point, you will not have to worry or second guess" Town Square Animal Hospital ". They saved my little guy from a brutal attack. Amen, to this facility. We need more vet hospital like this one. ?????”
