Even when my 2 girls passed away, the staff at Hyde Park Veterinary was amazingly kind and sent cards with hand-written notes and roses expressing their sympathy! The hotel was clean and family-friendly. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool and gym are on the ground floor near self-serve laundry rooms. Having these options at the hotel is really appealing to me.”
