Over a 12 week period, she taught and instilled in me lifelong techniques to overcome 90% of the anxiety, depression and loss-of-self, the three reasons for which I had originally sought counseling. I cannot recommend anyone more highly. If you're in one of the darkest points in your life, even if you're uninsured and can only afford to pay for a few sessions (like I was), go anyway. Take notes on everything she says to do so that you that you get maximum benefit. You won't regret it. She will teach you how to turn your life around, one step at time. 5 stars!”

I don't know how they manage to do it - but the bands here are generally outstanding. Lots of classic rock and popular new country music.
