(July 20, 2021, 9:08 pm)Everyone was professional and caring. I really don't understand why this hospital has only 2.3 stars but I know from experience that you can't please everyone. There was a sense of urgency and although I don't love going to the hospital it was a nice experience really. I am giving this hospital 5 stars and you should too. I know not everyone has the BEST experience but you just don't give a poor rating off of feelings. Consider the whole and overall experience not just one thing or one staff member that made you mad.
