They answered all questions that I had. Closing maybe took 10 minutes (it has taken hours at other dealerships ). Very helpful in answering questions and solving problems that I had after closing. I cannot say enough positive about this dealership and Teya. I will certainly be back. Am very happy with my F150. I would give them a 10+ rating

(May 19, 2022, 4:54 pm)Well, I had my first incounter after purchasing my 2015 Chevrolet Equinox and it was excellent. I was originally just going back to get a headlight replaced. Some other issues came up and after explaining those there was no hesitation in taking care of my needs. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and he is a fair man that understands the importance of customer service which also shows through his employees. My experience was exactly what I was hoping for. I read alot of reviews before making my decision. Some good, some bad. Of course we don't know the whole story and how customers approach certain situations. I do know typically in any situation if you go in respectful you will get respect.
