(May 29, 2023, 7:07 pm)I was seen on Friday. Little to no wait, staff was SUPER friendly and efficient. Michelle at the front desk was really nice. Felicia took care of me in the room, also really nice. The doctor that saw me was Dr. SCHULTE( I think). He was thorough, friendly and the meds he prescribed me had me feeling better next day.
(May 3, 2023, 10:43 am)Made an appointment online, arrived about 15minutes early. A tad of a wait, but it’s urgent care, so a slight delay is to be expected since people are arriving for various treatment. Was taken back about 5:45, ran many tests. Confident that the Doctor took into consideration all the possible reasons for my pain. Was out around 7:15, and went and picked up my prescription promptly after.
Would recommend this urgent care, as they were kind, helpful, thorough and gave me the care necessary.
(April 1, 2023, 11:46 pm)I went to the Urgent Care at this location and it was much better than the previous one I went to a week ago. Which prescribed me something that didnt help at all. The doctor at this Urgent Care explained thoroughly about what he saw was going on with me and prescribed me a better medication to help me. Not even 24 hours later. I finally feel like I can get a good night of sleep. I highly recommend.
(January 4, 2023, 1:49 pm)Front Desk not super pleasant. Check in through the app was smooth and wait time was not long at all. The remainder of the staff from the nurse taking vitals to the doctor were all very professional, courteous and kind.
(December 28, 2022, 10:32 am)The medical staff was courteous and professional with the care given.
However, the checking in process was terrible! Instead signing in at the desk with the receptionist when you come in, you are told to use the QR code with your cell phone to register! It is definitely not first come, first seen. It is whoever is quicker with the QR code. I could not get the QR code to work so by the time I completed the paperwork, I ended up being behind two people that came in after me. When the wait in the Urgent Care is at least 1 1/2 hours the delay in getting signed in matters!
