You cannot not find a better team anywhere else. I have been seeing Dr. Jonathen Sharpe for 10 years now and followed him to this practice. You will not find anyone more caring, understanding, and thorough. The absolute best. I moved out of state but still drive 5 hours there because they are the absolute best office.

The whole office staff have been very understanding and compassionate during a difficult time for us. On a personal note, Shawn shared that he had faced similar challenges which was very helpful in moving forward in treatment and what questions to ask. I have been a patient of Dr. Carissa Sharpe for the last 9 weeks due to a fractured foot. The entire office has been incredible, however I feel a special shout out needs to go to Sean. He has taken my X-rays and placed 3 casts on my foot. Sean knows exactly how to treat patients- he is genuine, kind, has a sense of humor and truly cares. He isn't fake which is important when working in any type of business but especially in a medical facility. He made me always feel comfortable and put my needs above anything else. I have worked in a medical facility for 15 years and I know it's not always easy and can be very stressful at times yet Sean always was kind. Thank you.

I went to the Lakewood location a couple years ago for issues with my heel and loved my experience. I was thrilled when they opened an East side location. My December visit was my initial visit, I immediately felt the Balance vibe. Extremely welcoming, professional and clean! I felt extremely comfortable with Dr. Sharpe and have since made the Concord location my primary spot.

Dr. Jonathan Sharp is the best! He takes his time to address my concerns, no rush! Dr Randall is also very concerning. In fact, the whole team is the best! Residents, receptionist, medical assistants are top notch!
