She new what took look for when we walked threw houses and gave great advice. She answered all my questions no matter the time from start to move in. She made the entire experience so very easy for me. If I ever have to buy and sell a house Sara is definitely my first call. And I definitely recommend Sara.

She was very professional, gave us great advice along the way, took the most amazing pictures of our home (so good it made us want to buy it 😉). (March 26, 2021, 10:19 am)This is my second time listing with Sara. She treats you with the utmost respect and professionalism. Her knowledge of the real estate market is unsurpassed . Both properties I’ve listed with her sold within 3-6 days of listing. Sure it’s a strong seller market but Sara goes above and beyond. The professional photos of the property’s show every detail to potential buyers. Nothing is every in doubt when you list with Sara. Follow Thru should be her middle name. Or better yet “Sold” which is what every seller wants to hear. As for buyers out there I’ve purchased a home with Sara as my agent and she gets the job done. Researching com-parables gives you the buyer the comfort to know your getting the best home for the right price. She will not let you overpay for a home. Sara is your one stop agent for your next home purchase or sale.

She was with us step by step in giving her expert advice on the right things to do in preparing the house, hiring the best photographer to showcase the home, giving advice on the price with this our house sold in a day! However she didn’t stop there. She assisted with negotiations, putting up with unprofessional representatives from the other end and even answering questions on documents while on vacation. Her network of trusted professionals were great to work with as well. Sara will always be part of our family!
