Really great gym. Very clean. The people here are extremely nice and helpful. Can't say enough great things about the coaches here. There's something for everyone, whether you're looking to lose weight or you want to try and compete. All age ranges and body types have a place to fit in.

I thought it was great. The coaches are patient, the exercises are challenging but fun. Would definitely recommend.

Not a lot of boxing experience. Stopped in to hit the heavy bag, get some cardio in. Ron took some time with me and showed me some techniques to work on. Clean place, good environment.

I've been going to Left 2 the Chin boxing since they opened, but have worked with the coaches for over 3 years. They are very knowledgeable and eager to help you reach your goals, whether you want to get into shape or become a fighter. It's a very fun atmosphere with killer workouts. I highly recommend!!

I went to a private lesson with my mother-in-law and sister-in-law. We had a blast! Our coaches Keith and Marco were amazing! They did a great job creating a fun and comfortable environment for us ladies, which was awesome! You go at your own pace and they don't make you feel ashamed for taking breaks or slowing down! It was one hour of boxing and cardio wrapped up in one big ball of fun! I definitely recommend trying it at least once in your life! They also have regular group classes as well as classes for kids! Tuesdays is ladies night!! We three ladies will most definitely be going back!
