(September 13, 2023, 4:25 pm)Ordered a bouquet for delivery through DoorDash and unfortunately the driver picked up the wrong bouquet. While DoorDash did nothing to remedy this, Kirtland Flower Barn delivered the correct bouquet without any additional charge! The flowers and arrangements were beautiful! Happy to use them again and wish I would have ordered from them directly.

They couldn’t have been nicer or more compassionate on the phone and helped me pick the perfect arrangement. I wanted a plant so it would last but they added more flowers for presentation. My sister in law sent me a photo and said they smelled amazing. They were beautiful thank you for everything during our family’s difficult time!
