  A cold left me with no hearing in my right ear. I went to the pharmacy for suggestions. The pharmacist came out and took me to the OTC meds were and explained what his recommendation would do. If not, go to the Dr. Second day and my hearing is so much better. So grateful to have the Drug Mart Pharmacy in Mentor,Oh.

  Jen and Kathy on the evening shift are always so pleasant and efficient. They are lovely to talk to and I enjoy shopping here while they're working; both definitely go above and beyond their job description. Good selection of items available, they never seem to be out of anything. Hours are convenient too. Never had a problem here and will continue shopping here well into the future.

  I am a cashier at the Mentor store. I would like to comment how efficient the stock clerks are when we need their assistance. From price checking to inventory questions to helping a customer with a carry-out, they consistently come to our requests for assistance with speed and courtesy. Their teamwork creates a positive customer service experience.

  The Pharmacy employees and the all the Pharmacist are the best. They are always friendly and go above and beyond. I go there often and have never had a bad experience. The Deli always has fresh products and the grocery area has everything the bigger stores have. A true ONE STOP SHOP.
