Headlands Beach State Park

This is a large decent beach area. I only say decent because it's very rocky, particularly at the waterline. There is ample parking here, and a lot of restrooms. There are picnic areas, and a paved walking path as well. A nice park for a short getaway, I wouldn't drive much more than an hour to get here though.

Beautiful park right next to Lake Eerie! I can definitely tell why it was ranked one of the best beaches in Ohio as it was definitely a great place to enjoy some time out with friends or family! I highly recommend visiting if you’re in the area!

Very lovely beach. I love going on walks and taking the kids to the beach to play in the sand and water. Beautiful sunsets too at night. Very family oriented. 😊

One of my favorite places to spend the day. Very family friendly, and affordable. Dog area available, foot trails are amazing.
