Ohio E-Check

I was pleased by the service at E-Check. I only had to wait for one car ahead of me. The service man was extremely pleasant and very professional. He explained what paperwork he needed, and he asked several questions
He had me get out of the car to check the electrical plug in for the car. He had me get back in the car and pull forward and turn off the car and open the gas tank cover to test the pressure of the gas tank. He took the equipment out of the tank and printed out the result of the testing. He gave me the printout and told me my car had passed inspection.

Quick, fast, in and out. I was on the phone with an extremely important client, the worker was polite and completely understood I couldn't get off the phone. He did his job quickly, and still communicated with me even with my rudeness of being preoccupied.

While no one likes having to get your vehicle checked the employees that work there did a good job of getting me in and out quickly. They were very pleasant and helpful

Highly efficient, I showed up with no registration even thought that’s what we thought was required. We got through immediately. Most negative reviews on public works buildings like this are irate customers who took the time to vent frustration at not understanding how the system works, I don’t work here, I wasn’t paid, I’m telling you this is a good place.

Had excellent experience today. In andnout no wait. Very friendly employee helped me. Explained everything he was doing and talked to me about Subarus. Took survey and sent in thanks much
