Wickliffe Country Place

I understand no nursing home is perfect but Wickliffe is the best I have seen. They cared wonderfully for my mother so much that they are caring for my cousin. The administrative staff, nurses and housekeeping staff are hard workers. They have been very pleasant and attentive.

I was at Wickliffe Country Place for about 8 days. I have no complaints beyond the scrambled eggs. Physical Therapy was great everyonewas so supportive and smart. The staff was great even though they are short staffed. I would definitely go back if there was a need.

I rarely write reviews on a facility that I come to work as an Agency Nurse. But I have to say that this facility has one of the best STNA staffing around. The few times I have come to work day shift, the aides assigned to me are truly amazing. They are very respectful and kind to the residents. I don't have to monitor what they are doing as they are always busy and always doing patient care. The staff is always willing to help me and they are all professional and respectful. One thing I did notice is that the patients needs ARE being met, unlike most other facilities I've traveled to. This facility does try it's hardest to staff the floor on day shift, as I had 2 to 3 aides on my unit. It is more staffed than any other places I have worked considering the staffing crisis right now. In my opinion, I would highly recommend this facility. Each to their own opinion, but my experience has been great! Thank you to the STNA staff, your the best around!
