We are extremely pleased with all aspects of Bestlaminate. The flooring we purchased is perfect and just what we were looking for. It’s not easy to find a pure white high gloss finish vinyl but Bestlaminate had it!!! And we couldn’t be happier. The shipping on the other hand was another story. Several of the cartons arrived damaged but Bestlaminate stepped right up and gave us several options on how to make things right and they did. We highly recommend doing business with them.

Great customer service. Always able to reach someone on the phone. They are local to us, so we could go there and pick up samples easily and multiple times. They were very patient with us in explaining the different products and providing sample after sample. We installed the floor ourselves following instructions on the web-site and other finds on line. Love it.

We bought a shipment from a local business to do half of our basement. We had to pick it up, which was 1 hour away and drive it home. We loved it so much we decided to do the other half with it instead of carpeting. Went on line, read the reviews of this company, and they definitely came through. Fantastic price and delivered right to our house in an extremely timely manner. We will for sure be ordering from them again when we do our upstairs now!
