Classic MINI Cooper

Just leased our 3rd Mini a 2022 JCW Convertible. We love it! This is the first time we worked with Classic Mini. Zach Hill was great with follow up and assistance working with us as we "built" this Mini online remotely. Pick up went smoothly and also had great service from their business manager Collin Hodgkinson.

MAY 2021. I can’t say enough good things about Classic Mini. They treated us like members of the royal family. We live an hour and a half away in a small town with our 2009 Mini leaking a big puddle of antifreeze under it. Nobody here or nearby could fix it. I had AAA tow it up to Classic Mini in Willoughby Hills on a Thursday, told them “no hurry” - “when you get a chance” - check it out. It was finished the next day (Friday.) AND THEY DELIVERED IT TO MY HOUSE the next Monday at no charge to me. Thanks again to Zack and Mike - REAL professionals.

I had submitted an online inquiry about a used Mini that was listed on CarFax, Zach Hill was super helpful via email and upon scheduling a test drive, he was even more helpful. It was the most no-nonsense car transaction I've ever had. They offered a very fair price for my trade in (without any haggling) and also a fair price for the Mini after some conversations. I never once felt I was being taken advantage of or just trying to get a sale. The entire team was very helpful and efficient. And Zach went out of his way to help me purchase my new Mini. I had a great car buying experience here. Zach Hill was the best and made my out of state purchase very enjoyable and easy. Never felt the slightest bit of "Car Salesman😝"pressure. Just couldn't find everything I wanted in a Mini in CA. But it was here. Never felt concerned about the purchase at all. I still haven't seen it! Delivered to my Dad, since we weren't sure we'd be moved in time for delivery. He says it looks and runs great! Hopefully I'll finally have it by end of week. I excitedly got my first Mini Cooper yesterday. Zach Hill helped us through the whole process from test drive to purchase. Very knowledgeable about the car and helped us find the perfect one for us. Zach was willing to figure out how to get it for us at a price we could afford too. We stopped in on a Saturday & he was having a very busy day and was in the middle of a few other things with different customers but he was still able to give us the attention we needed. He explained everything from a lease to a purchase. While we waited for financing he sat outside with us and went over everything inside the car. Showed me all the cool bells and whistles and even paired my phone . Set the speedometer to digital for me. His knowledge of all things Mini Cooper was impressive. As I told him things I needed, he showed me how to set up and program myself. I was concerned about having room in the trunk (boot) for groceries and he took me back and showed me how to lift the lid and place properly and even how to push the back seats up for more room. Of all the cars we have bought over the years, this was definitely our best experience at any car dealership. Zach Hill is the best!!
