“What a pleasant surprise! I haven’t been to Hunan Lake for a very long time because it was just an average take out place. I was just there and wow! The service was very fast, and the food...a complete difference from what I remember. The fried rice had many ingredients which you can see! My daughter got the pork fried rice and she commented on how much pork there was throughout. I’m not sure if there are new owners, but I tell you what...it has completely changed! I’ve tried many of the local Chinese restaurants, and in my opinion, Hunan Lake is my favorite! No complaints what so ever. Try them out!”

“The only word that comes to mind to describe our meal was “WOW”. Food was amazing. My wife and I had 7 plates total and I had not one complaint. The experience was unreal. What a hidden gem. “Fantastic bar tucked away on Euclid Ave! I’ve been a bartender for over 10 years. With almost 20 years in the service industry. If I could find something to complain about I’d politely highlight it. I’ve worked a wide array of places from up scale martini bars to dive bars with holes in the floor. Both of which are Not Kate’s. It’s an exceptional local bar with exceptional atmosphere and beyond awesome service. My humble opinion is Kate’s is a 9 out of 10 neighborhood bar with above average food and a 13 out of 10 service I’d highly suggest Kate’s! It’s Great place to watch a browns game. The Regulars are friendly and you feel at home the minute you walk in wether it’s your first time or 200th time being there. (We all know what it’s like to walk in and have the regulars look at you like “you’re not from around here are ya?” ) Nope not here! I’ve been to Kate’s several times and had the same positive experience every time. You can really tell the owner takes pride and it translates to the staff. Good job! I’ll be coming back!”

“I have heard about Bumpers for years but just never got there until Friday. It was a GREAT experience. It was all you can eat crab leg night. The entire staff, from the moment we walked in, was absolutely fantastic. We were greeted immediately. We were a party of 6 and the waitress was very friendly and took all of our orders in a timely fashion, kept up on all of our beverage refills, and the 3 people in our party who ordered the all you can eat crab legs were brought out new plates of crab legs just as they had finished their previous plate. It was like clock work. Like a well oiled machine! Great menu with a variety of offerings. Everyone’s food was hot. We all enjoyed our food. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!! I will definitely be back.”

“The food was pretty good. We went and picked it up instead of dining in. The chips are SUPER thick and crunchy but, almost burnt. The guacamole and salsa were good with a nice flavor but, the guac had ZERO heat. I know some people prefer that though. The rice and beans were just like any other restaurant, so that was a little disappointing. We got the Tortas and the Street Quesadillas as our entrees and, even though the tortas were good, they didn't put any cheese on them :( However, the quesadillas made up for that! “First time visiting the area and my aunt said we had to stop here! I ordered a Grilled Chicken Wrap and a Junior size Taco fry! The wrap was really good! The Fries serving sizes are massive. They aren't anything special in terms of taste. That being said they have so many different flavor combos for their hotdogs and wraps, as well as their fries. They were crazy busy so wait times were very long. Prices were a bit high too, but portion size is crazy especially for the fries! Overall it was a good experience and if you want some good old fashioned greasy food while visiting the beach, check them out!”
