“I purchased a new baby grand piano shortly after relocating to the Cleveland area, and Matt was recommended to tune it. He has done so twice now, and it could not sound better and I could not be happier he was recommended. I have had pianos tuned by several different people over many years, and Matt is by far the best--it's not even close. During the six months or so between the first and second tuning, the notes in the octave or two above middle C became overly brash sounding, with an unpleasant metallic sound. I mentioned it to him, and he said he could take care of it and he did. He spent about 2 hours working on the piano, and explained that he not only did the tuning, but also did voicing. No tuner ever did that on any of my pianos before, and it made a world of difference-- the unpleasant twanging sound was gone, and the piano had a richness, and a consistent sound and feel throughout all 88 keys that have made practicing a joy. His pricing is also quite reasonable. If you need someone to service your piano, you could not do better than Matt.”

“The food was pretty good. We went and picked it up instead of dining in. The chips are SUPER thick and crunchy but, almost burnt. The guacamole and salsa were good with a nice flavor but, the guac had ZERO heat. I know some people prefer that though. The rice and beans were just like any other restaurant, so that was a little disappointing. We got the Tortas and the Street Quesadillas as our entrees and, even though the tortas were good, they didn't put any cheese on them :( However, the quesadillas made up for that! “Clean store. Friendly associates that always remember you. Good selection of emergency items such as sugar, milk, butter, toilet paper. The associates know you by name or car and they're just sooo friendly and helpful. The only items I hope they'll bring into the mix are cage/cruelty free eggs, humane milk, and Method or Seventh Generation cleaning products. More would be great, but those are essentials. Everyone in my neighborhood has to haul down or up to Chardon or Mentor to get these products.”

Spending $600 an hour for a attorney in the tallest building downtown is a complete waste of money. Nearly the same skill set if not more exist in attorneys all over the state.
