We had exceptional service throughout the carpet buying process with JC Carpet. Georgia and Julie helped us pick out amazing carpet for entire home. They arrived on time for measurement and a few weeks later Scott and his team arrived for the installation. Due to the size of the project installation lasted a week. The team arrived on time each day and were a pleasure to have in our home. The installation went exceptionally well, we are very pleased with the whole team at JC Carpet.

Fantastic pricing, and Scott and Julie are fantastic people! Julie was extremely helpful when figuring out what we were looking for, and even stayed open after close for us! Also Scott and Dustin were great and considerate installers. My parents, who live 2 hours away, even said that after seeing how great our carpet looks and how inexpensive it was through JC, they're using them next time they need carpet rather than anyone around them.
