Nijya of NK fitness and nutrition is great at what she does. Fitness & nutrition can be a touchy subject and hard to be transparent about to try to not feel bad about yourself or to avoid the feeling of being judged. She is so kind, and thoughtful and doesn’t make me feel like I am being judged or harshly critiqued and always offers alternatives that may work better for me. It is obvious she cares about her clients and wants them to be their best selves. Another positive thing is you can hear her smile when she talks via our calls, so I know she takes a lot of joy and pride in what she does. Such a positive person. I am thankful and blessed to have her as my nutritionist. Thank you Nijya!!!!
