  it's a little more expensive here than your average nail salon, but i'm more than willing to pay more for the great service. i've had at least ten manicures/pedicures here and have been happy every time. everyone that they hire to do nails is very well-trained and focused on cleanliness.
  
  i do wish they did more cuticle work here for manicures (i feel like cheaper nail salons always focus more time on my cuticles), but that's really my only complaint. my manicures still last a long time and i love that they use a brand new package of tools for every single person + they seem to deep clean the pedicure tubs really well.

  Lucy was recommended to me by a friend. She was so friendly and did an excellent job on my nails which I had done for our daughter’s wedding. My nails lasted and lasted. Would definitely go see her again!

  I saw the nail tech, Danielle at the Avon location. She was phenomenal. I did the gel x and was in between acrylic and the gel x. We talked through pros and cons of both, she was able to replicate the image I showed her perfectly and even had the terracota color I was hoping for to match my bridesmaid dress. HIGHLY recommend. She was so kind, funny, and really listened to me.
  
  Also, I have been going to Sara Beth for eyebrows. She does a phenomenal job every time. Even remembers what we previously talked about during our visits. She's the only person I trust now for my brows.

  Fabulous salon! I've been with Charles Scott for about a decade, even sticking with them after they moved.
  
  Their spot in Avon is so much nicer than Crocker Park. There's always close parking. They have a well lit and open parking lot that they share with other businesses on a busy corner.
  
  The building itself is brand new and gorgeous! You just feel comfortable here from the minute you pull in till the minute you leave.
  
  Kevin is my hair dresser, and he is amazing! He helped rebuild my completely destroyed hair from bleaching it myself during the pandemic. He cut all the drawers ends of and still made my supe short hair look good!
  
  He gets my hair snow white every time while still keeping it soft! He always offers me something to drink and has the best manners.
  
  Get the service you want, at a fair price, and feel the stress start melting from the second you pull in!

  I was looking for a new nail place and I thought I would check out Charles Scott. I was not disappointed. Danielle did an amazing job on my nails. They are absolutely gorgeous and I received many compliments. I am looking forward to returning for regular nail care as well as other services they offer. I also want to comment on staff that helped me schedule the appointment and answered questions about their wide variety of services.
