Floor Coverings International Cleveland West

I have used Floor Coverings International several times and won't ever look anywhere else. They take time with me, show me all the options and help me make the best choice. I have hard wood and carpet and both installations were easy and without incident. I recommend them to all my family and friends.

Awesome experience from beginning to end!! When getting the estimate, they worked with us well into the evening to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. The installers (we got three different floors) were clean and efficient and all the rooms have beautiful flooring now!!!

We had new luxury vinyl plank installed in our kitchen and carpeting in our living room. The whole experience was very easy and stress free. Flooring looks great and was installed in a timely and professional manner. We will use Floor Coverings International Avon Lake for any future flooring needs we have.

What a great staff and customer service. Darrell came to measure even had installation ahead of schedule! They did an amazing job from beginning to end. Very professional, respectful and cleanup was great too! . Highly recommend!

Great customer service. Professional installation and the guys were great! Kept me updated on their progress, friendly, did a beautiful job with the floors and even finished earlier than expected. Staff very friendly from office staff, sales and installation. Will definitely use them for future services.
