When I left here this morning, I was unhappy as I did not like the original estimate on the car. I needed welding done which is much cheaper somewhere else instead of ordering new parts. Conrad’s called me back and made sure they could do all they could to leave me satisfied. They showed great customer service and gave me a refund on my service fee! I’m very appreciative. Thank you!

Great automotive repair center and also a great location.

I stopped in to use the FREE air pressure pump. It has been working every time I've stopped to use it ( unlike most of the others in the Sheffield, Sheffield Lake, Avon, Avon Lake area) and the best part is it's free! Not $2 to put a little air in a low tire. I applaud Conrad's for offering this service. The best part is it's available even when Conrad's is closed. Discount Tire offers free air pressure checks ( which they perform) but that's only available during their regular business hours- nice in bad weather, but if your tires low at 9 on a Friday evening, Conrad's is always available.
