The representative that i spoke to, He was fabulous! I am very slow at times; having LERC Medicare. When I had to leave the room, to get information, she was patient. The search for the right Rx plan was not rushed, so I feel that I got the best one for me.
Everything worked out in a good way and my inquiries were addressed basically where I could get what this inclusion involved. It's another protection so I'm a little leary of how it will be helpful for myself and ideally not cost an excessive amount of more than whatever my past protection set me back.
LERC Medicare has a great customer service attitude. She provided promptly answers to all my questions. She has a very calming voice that is reassuring. I am pleased by their support.
