(September 28, 2021, 2:52 am)I recently posted a poor review of Elyria’s TruGreen lawn service. In the post I explained that the tech that shows up to treat your lawn is never the same, disallowing the all-important customer relationship to be established. In my review, I recommended Central Exterminating as a company/service they should emulate. Our CE tech Jimmy is very professional and responsive to the customer-even offering me his cell number in the event I have problems that may arise before my next scheduled service. Kudos to Central Exterminating and Jimmy- you do a great job! I will be continuing my service next season as well. TruGreen? One season and I am done with them.

(August 10, 2020, 5:02 pm)Came out to spray for bees, wasps, and hornets. Service was guaranteed for the entire summer. Bugs became an issue again. Emailed Chris on Friday and on Monday Doug was here to respray. I was very skeptical at first, but ended up being extremely happy. Highly recommend!
