Dave and Ryan did a phenomenal job. We had over 8 gas leaks in one of the houses I was selling and they took care of it. Great price, great quality and great people. I highly recommend them!

Called a major plumbing business about a sewage backup. Standing water was seen on the back lawn. They were unable to use a camera to inspect the sewage pipes due to not entry port and never dug an inch of soil. I was advised my system had collapses and the only way to resolve this issue was to completely replace the entire sewer system on my property. I was told, "I know its not what you want to hear but it has to be done." I was quoted $20K and was told there was no other way to fix the issue. I called around for a second opinion. Dave and Don from Value Rooter came out and quickly told e they suspected a backup. They entered a camera to the pipes through the laundry room drain pipe in back of the house and immediately identified and cleared a blockage. They also identified where the pipe was compromised and came back the next day and replace a broken section. Cleaned out vine growths and provided instruction on maintenance for the future. Other than that I was advised I do NOT need to replace the pipes and whoever diagnosed the first issue gave me bogus information. I was treated honestly and fairly. Work was performed in a professional manner and they showed me everything that was taking place and walked me through the images from the pipe cam. They didnt try to force anything on me I didnt need and I would definitely recommend them to others looking for honesty and transparency and a fair price. Attaching photos of the damaged section of pipe and took an image as they were filling in the dirt of the replacement with the access port so future cleanouts can be performed. Work performed was professionally done. I am pleased with the results.

So it's Christmas Eve and it's 1900 when our 2nd pipe of the day burst. I went down the list of plumbers in my Google search. Valu Rooter was THE ONLY service to call me back. The plumber they sent out, Chris was amazing and fixed it fast. Totally would recommend
