  My kitty was well taken care of. A lot was going on there…they were very busy with all the animals. But I witnessed all of them being taken care of in a timely manner. I was very impressed.
  My cat still has a small limp but it doing so much better. I don’t remember the vets name that took care of TT but he was so gentle with TT and gave him probably the best exam he ever had. The assistant was very good too. Thanks for caring and my kitty thanks you. (Even though at the time he did not want anyone touching him) haha

  I bring all of my small mammals and reptiles to Dr. Lindstrom- I feel that of all the vets I’ve taken my animals to, he is the most knowledgeable, kind, and caring. He and his team are always welcoming and are able to see my animals in a timely manner! I always leave feeling assured that my animals have gotten the best care possible with treatments that work for me. I work at a vet hospital myself and always recommend ACN and Dr. Lindstrom to anyone who has an exotic pet! :)

  Always come here! Our sweet 11 year old mastiff came down with an illness. She was lethargic, not eating, stumbling, throwing up, choking, coughing etc. We decided to venture out 30 mins and come to Northview after three recommendations from friends & family. Being that we have had her since she was 8-12 weeks old, we wanted the best care for her. When she arrived at the clinic a tech had came out immediately to check her gums to make sure she wasn’t losing oxygen. She was taken back about five minutes after, and given a room. She was sedated for X-rays - to which they found aspiration pneumonia… She had to go through lots of testing, stay overnight in the ICU on oxygen & medicine around the clock, along with a catheter. The following day she was able to come home with medications, and a follow up appointment.
  
  The techs, assistants, desk staff, doctors etc. were wonderful. We were able to visit and call to check on her anytime to which they always answered promptly, and allowed me to ask a million questions like the helicopter mom I am!🤣 We were able to bring her food from home, and stay as long as we want. We were able to take her on a short walk while we were there. Everyone was extremely patient with her, and my family as we have never had a medical scare this severe with our animals. Our dog does have anxiety, and does not “calm down” when she is at the vet, but they accommodated her in every way possible. They have different avenues, options, departments, and types of care for your animals.
  
  The pictures are from her being in the ICU, to being immediately home, to sleeping comfortably at home after several sleepless nights for us all. Today - she is doing well. Although we did pay the price (with their top notch service I will NEVER mind paying more & it’s not about the $$ anyway🩷) I would do it all over again to allow my pet to be comfortable, and to give me peace of mind knowing she is well cared for. They are awesome, and I will ALWAYS take my animals to them.

  Had to get my rat put down at 2am, they were so compassionate and kind. They gave me paw prints of her with her name and a small heart jewel, even color coded it with her same. Small things that really made the loss easier. They were very gentle with her, didn’t charge for extra services, and very kind with me. Definitely recommend and would return to for normal non emergency vet care. The extra care even that late at night was above and beyond.

  Amazing staff! We lost our “pup” he was 14 years old. He wasn’t a patient of the clinic we took him in as an emergency. But the care, compassion and love shown by the entire staff - and the beautiful card sent by the team made my heart melt. Each time I went in they all expressed condolences. After 40+ years with another vet- we transferred our entire brood to Animal Clinic Northview. We have 2 dogs and 3 cats. 3 have been seen - two more to be scheduled. Thank you for the wonderful compassionate service provided to our animal family.
