Honestly, best gym environment I have ever been to. The staff and members make you feel at home and welcome every time you walk in. Well worth the monthly dues and so worth giving it a try! You literally have to show up and are coached through every step that guarantees, you simply have to show up and be ready to work!

The coaches are great. They work with everyone and they make you feel like they are you're personal trainer. They are so informative and they are genuinely concerned for your safety. Everyone at COCA, coaches and fellow crossfitters will root you on! Everyone wants everyone to succeed! Its a great community!

I've been going to Coca off and on for about 4 years now. I keep trying closer boxes but have yet to find one that is as welcoming, open and accessible. Coach Kate genuinely cares about her people. She is always trying to find new ways to make us and the business better. I don't feel like I have to be the best athlete to walk in. I also love that they can modify for any level and all of my many injuires. If you're just starting your crossfit journey, I highly recommend Coca to get you started right.
