I found a 2017 camaro listed on Car gurus by them. I sent an inquiry in Friday after hours. Less than an hour after they opened Saturday they had called, e-mail and texted me. I talked to Jeffrey and he was able to send me some great photos of the interior, exterior and any other items I needed. I live 6 hours away from the dealer so my purchase was all virtual.

With the ease of Jeffery, I put a deposit on the car. He assured me the vehicle would stay inside the showroom until delivery besides cleaning and service. They overnighted my finance paperwork, and the following Friday I was standing in the showroom taking delivery. Between Jeffery and Dave, the experience could not have been better. They even allowed me to leave the car on the showroom floor Friday night due to weather, and I drove it back home 6 hours Saturday morning.

I have zero hesitations buying again, car was even better than I had dreamed off. Can not thank them enough!

I ordered a new 2022 vehicle in June through Mike Bass Ford after being told at another local dealership the 22 order banks had already closed. Based on a gut feeling, I stopped by Mike Bass Ford two days later, and talked with Ed Smith, who was extremely helpful and worked with me to place my 2022 order and proactively asked me if I had an A-Plan or X-Plan.

It was a long wait till the vehicle arrived at the end of October, and Ed was awesome throughout the process . When it came time to pick up the vehicle, there were absolutely no issues or high pressure sales tactics to get any extras that I wasn't interested in. The price when I ordered was honored as well as the X-Plan. :-)

I highly recommend getting your next vehicle through Mike Bass Ford, and especially asking for Ed Smith when you arrive. (Or better yet, call ahead and get an appointment to meet with Ed!)

Went here yesterday looking to get out a of a car I recently bought but wasn’t liking. I spoke with Jeffrey over the phone and found a couple options I liked and Rich helped put it all together! Super good service and worked with the tight budget I was giving them! And I left smiling in my new Ford Fusion! Super happy!
