On February 14th, 2023, my husband and I stopped in to pick up an Rx and some items needed for my husband's upcoming surgery.
The young man at the pharmacy was very rude and unprofessional.
I did call back and talk to someone in the pharmacy about our treatment, but she must not have been a manager because she just listened with no additional advice or comments.
Since things have been hectic with surgery, etc., I am calling the corporate office today. I wish I would have done so immediately.
Normally, the staff is polite and professional. We are considering a new pharmacy.
Not sure why this kind of service is acceptable, but to me, it is not proper business.
