Sprenger Health Care Elms Retirement Village

My grandmother resides here. The staff is very friendly and professional. Quaint is the word I'd use to describe the atmosphere.

My mother stayed here while recuperating from back surgery. She did really well and had a short stay. She was impressed with the friendliness and caring of the staff. She commented often on how well the staff look after the patients and how much they care. She also said they make an effort to include patients in daily activities and break up the boredom. I visited nearly daily and was always made to feel welcome. We feel really good about the time Mom spent here. Kudos to the staff!

We have had experience at this facility many years ago. My mother was here for about 5yrs. Later my sister had a short stay here as well. Now we are getting help for my father here. The staff are all extremely friendly. They have also been VERY helpful. The skilled nursing side of the facility appears clean and cared for. When you have to make the decision that caring for a loved one at home just isn't an option anymore and money is an issue, all you can hope and pray for is that they are well taken care of and watched over while we are no longer able to. I am happy with this facility and their efforts to work with the families in this area.

My family was impressed with the Elms Retirement Villiage. We had a family member there two times in the last six months. Nursing staff and Melonie was excellent with my family and met my family members expectations. Thank you to all the staff at Elms retirement village.
